TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*Prices are exclusive of VAT
*Installation Fee is 10% of your hired goods, this covers the setup of all lights & furniture, but excludes setup of your smalls. (if you just want the goods delivered and not setup, please let us know)
*Expendables on all items 5% - this includes things like plastic wrap, crates, extra leads, cable ties, plugs, etc.
*delivery & collection is calculated per kilometer AND per vehicle (Kilometers x 4 x R 8.00 ) With a minimum fee of R1000 (covers 25km radius)
*an extra fee will be charged if collection/delivery is on a Public Holiday/Sunday or after hours. This fee will be determined by the size & intensity of your event.
